The practice of yoga is an excellent way to start the day off on the right foot.
Not only does it energize each and every muscle in the body, but it also gets them ready for the entire day that is scheduled to come.
For those of you who don't have a lot of time to commit to it, it doesn't even have to be a full yoga sequence. You may perform one or two poses instead.
Several postures, such as the downward dog, the cobra, the cat stance, and the kid pose, are among the ones that I practise on a regular basis.
