To begin with, they have a propensity to interfere with my morning routine, which is generally reasonably healthy.

Because I often end up rushing through the rest of my routine, I have realized that browsing through Instagram at this hour is a risky habit. This is mostly due to the fact that I tend to end up rushing through the rest of my routine.

Because of this, I took the decision to put aside my phone, laptop, and television for at least the first hour after I woke up. I did this because I wanted to spend time focusing on my own thoughts.

Developing habits that are of a high quality should be a priority for you, and you should make it a point to commit each and every minute of your morning to doing so.
