Not only do I make it a point to keep my preferred water bottle within easy reach at all times, but I also make it a point to refill it on a consistent basis.

Consuming beverages and going to the lavatory at regular intervals of exactly five minutes each are the two activities that take up the substantial portion of my morning.

Drinking water first thing in the morning is one of the most important things you can do for your body since it will help you stay hydrated throughout the day.

In light of the fact that I have workouts that are really hard, and the fact that it has been demonstrated that drinking water while working out is a bad idea, I make it a point to make sure that I maintain a healthy level of hydration throughout the day.
