In addition to being an excellent exercise for your abdominal muscles, the toe touch exercise can also be performed with a medicine ball.You should be lying on your back with your legs together and your hips in a straight line above them. Because of this, you will be able to sleep soundly. Take a medicine ball and place both hands on your chest as you are holding it.
The back of the neck should be used to maintain a slight forward curvature of the chin throughout the full session of relaxation.
By contracting your abdominal muscles as you are breathing, you can bring the ball closer to your toes, which will allow it to make contact with your feet. Following the completion of the task, release the ball in a gentle manner and return to the starting position.
Perform between eight and fifteen repetitions.
