Your breathing should be the main focus of your attention for the first few minutes of your workout. Take Earth into your being and incorporate it.
When you are in a crisscross posture with your legs crossed, take a moment to close your eyes and focus your attention on the here and now. Eliminate any foreign ideas or concepts.
You should take a long, deep breath in and then slowly exhale, lingering for a few seconds at the peak of each breath. During the time that you are performing that task, pay attention to how your body is feeling in the present now. After you have finished taking these deep breaths, you should open your eyes and move your body.

To begin, begin softly with some cat-cows or body circular movement. Creating a fire within yourself is something you should do before you start your physical exercise. The first few minutes of your workout will be quite important because they have the power to determine the overall effectiveness of the rest of the performance.
When it comes to relaxing the mind and revitalizing the body, deep breathing is a powerful method that includes more than simply filling your lungs with oxygen. Your system receives a surge of oxygen with each intentional inhalation and exhalation, which helps to alleviate tension, reduce stress, and increase clarity with each breath that you take.
