Engaging in physical activity has been shown to have a significant impact on mental health. It is highly likely that a lack of physical activity is to blame if you experience an increase in tension, anxiety, or a reduction in mood while you are not exercising. The release of endorphins, which are responsible for reducing stress and improving general mental health, is believed to be stimulated by engaging in regular physical activity, which is well acknowledged.
