There is no greater place on earth to cultivate mindfulness and bliss than being outside, surrounded by nature. There is no other place that can compare.
Your ability to disconnect from stimuli that remind you of your responsibilities can be improved by spending time outside. I am aware that I can benefit from taking a short stroll outside in order to clear my head and let go of my feelings whenever I am experiencing stress at work.

Your immune system, energy level, and the quality of your sleep can all benefit from spending time outside, and time spent outside can also help alleviate stress.
