Amora was able to emerge from the shadows and into the light as a result of the unceasing efforts of her caregivers and the unflinching support of her newly discovered companions. She was able to regain her ability to eat and move, and as she welcomed her second opportunity at life, the anguish she had been experiencing gradually faded into memory.
