Malnourished Dog Abandoned At Vet Clinic Doesn’t Look Like A Dog At All

Dobby was in really bad condition when he was rescued. The poor honey didn't resemble a dog at all.

His skin was red and rough, and he had very little hair.

Concerned Citizens for Animal Welfare paid for the immunization clinic where he was taken. The team was shocked by what they saw, but they understood that they had to assist him.

It was awful to see the way he was.

Dobby was five years old and had never been to the veterinarian's office, even once. Sara, an employee at the clinic, felt compassion for the unfortunate animal and recognized that he was in urgent need of care and affection.

He was not only suffering from skin problems; he was also famished.

The flea treatments that his previous owner had given him left his skin exposed and sore. It seems that she did not want to invest the time or money to provide him with the appropriate care he required.

Dobby's rescuers pleaded with her to give him up so that they could take care of him, but she didn't appear to be too concerned about the dog.

She immediately agreed, and Dobby was taken away. He was in a great deal of discomfort and required as much assistance as he could receive.

His rescuers immediately began caring for him in order to help him recover. He received a calming bath and had bloodwork done. Dobby was still nice and lovely, even with the water and the needles.

Dobby appeared to be not only healthier but also happier after spending a little period of time with the people who rescued him.

He began his journey to recovery, and then an organization called Pawsibilities Rescue took him in. They made a post about Dobby on Facebook in the hopes of finding a family that would love him and give him a permanent home.

It was successful. Liz Ford and her family knew that he was meant to be with them when they spotted the post.

Dobby looks like a totally different dog these days! He has undergone an amazing metamorphosis.

We are overjoyed that Dobby has discovered his real family, and we wish him a life filled with love and comfort for the rest of his days.
